4. User Accounts

All payments, if any (including subscription fees, course fees, or product purchases), are processed via Stripe or other authorized third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

6.2 Pricing
All fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout or on a pricing page. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect purchases already made.

6.3 Refunds
Refunds, if offered, will be outlined in a separate refund or cancellation policy. Please review any posted refund policy before making a purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 No Guarantee of Results
Orientis.AI uses AI-based marketing automation tools. While we strive to provide valuable insights and functionality, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME, RESULT, OR IMPROVEMENT IN YOUR MARKETING OR BUSINESS PERFORMANCE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMUS SOLIS, LLC (INCLUDING ORIENTIS.AI), ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Domus Solis, LLC (including Orientis.AI), its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

1. Your use or misuse of the Services;
2. Your breach or alleged breach of these Terms;
3. Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services for your convenience. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access them at your own risk.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Ownership, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Miscellaneous

15.3 No Waiver
Our failure or delay to exercise any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver thereof.

15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
